About Us

Ron Adams

Ron Adams

Our fearless leader and cruise director, Ron left the corporate world to start Engage in 2011.  Launching your own company isn’t as glamorous as told but he sure does wear a lot of titles:  President, Director of IT, Waste Management Associate, Janitor, Lunch Lady, and yes, employee with the longest tenure.
Prior to launching Engage, Ron was training to become a professional softball player. Actually, not really, but Ron did spend time working with well-respected print and digital media companies, such as The Philadelphia Inquirer, Tribune, and Knight-Ridder. Be sure to ask him about his early career stint as a “garmento” with Perry Ellis, Fila USA, and Macy’s.  Creating marketing campaigns always feels better outfitted in fine Italian tennis wear!
In 2006, Ron left Florida for Philadelphia (yeah, we know-what was he thinking?) all to build a home with his wife, Debbie and their three kids.  While he loves Philly, let’s just say a “Florida satellite office” is probably in the future for Engage.
Kate

Kate Lange

After 10 years at Comcast, slaying multi-million-dollar national and regional advertising campaigns, Kate decided to join Engage as Senior Director of Media and Client Services in 2017. Not only is Kate impressively good at strategizing and building campaigns, she’s one heck of a negotiator (just try playing monopoly with her).
From advertising agencies to corporations Kate has worked on all types of campaigns, big and small. Plus, with twenty plus years of experience building media campaigns Kate has had the opportunity to work on casinos, auto dealers, professional sports teams, healthcare, family owned business, major corporations and much more.
As a mom of twin boys and two large dogs Kate has mastered juggling to get it all done. (except for actual juggling). From the easiest solutions to strategy challenges Kate has it all.

Thomas

Thomas Adams

Thomas is our Director of Analytics. He has worked across every vertical, including e-commerce & quick service restaurants to home and garden retailers. Having a background in Physics allows him to implement big data tools and analyze results to further innovate solutions. Here at Engage, he is responsible for the implementation, optimization and delivery of all ad operations. Thomas helps our team members and clients make data driven decisions to improve our clients digital presence. He guides and trains our ad operations specialists to understand the power of combining digital marketing with data analysis.
He loves to spend his free time hiking and exploring the outdoors. Fitness is another big goal of his and he enjoys challenging himself physically and mentally.
Sean

Sean Anderer

As VP of Sales, Sean oversees our agency partnerships. He possesses a supernatural ability to seek out and develop relationships with some of the most talented agencies around. We think it probably has something to do with his experience, working in media for over two decades. Building relationships isn’t the only thing in which he excels, he’s also pretty darn good at keeping clients happy. How you ask…simple, he listens to our clients and runs smart, well executed, data supported, tirelessly optimized, successful campaigns (Whoa, that was a mouthful). We encourage you to get to know Sean, we think you’ll really like (working with) him.
Alyssa

Alyssa Wachs

Alyssa joined the Engage team in 2017 as a marketing intern and later became a member of our AdOps team after completing her marketing and IT degree at Salisbury University. Alyssa specializes in campaign optimization and analysis across many platforms and is one of our go-to people for all things Google. When Alyssa isn’t crushing campaigns, she spends her free time with her friends, family, and adorable pups.
Vy

Vy Zwier

Not only is Vy an amazing artist that can paint the heck out of a rose bouquet, but she’s pretty darn good at managing campaigns and jumping in and out of a bunch of media platforms. Vy is definitely one of our in-house go to peeps for all things AdOps. Similar to her painting style, Vy makes her job look easy, moving from one task to another while staying focused and organized. With over 10 years of in-house and agency experience in the digital marketing space she is an invaluable part of the Engage team. When she is not dominating these digital campaigns during the week, she is out there pursuing a plethora of art projects and creating amazing memories with her son and husband.
Christina

Christina Celletti-Combs

Christina joined the Engage team in 2020 as our Digital Account Manager. Yes, in the middle of a pandemic Christina decided it was a great idea to change jobs from working in a creative agency setting to now joining the digital media world (crazy you say?, yes but we are glad she did). With a background in Advertising and Marketing, she is no stranger to the fast-pace world of business. Christina graduated from Rowan University in 2019 with a B.S in Marketing. While at Rowan, Christina was the VP of the Rowan’s Advertising Club, active member of the AMA, all while working a full time job and maintaining Dean’s list (talk about time management skills).
Previously, Christina has worked with clients like Comcast, QuickChek, Jefferson Health and Philadelphia International Airport to name a few. As a Digital Account Manager, Christina is constantly working to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients, and helping them achieve their digital marketing goals. Christina ensures that all projects stay on track and clients’ needs are continuously met.
When Christina is not answering her emails or on back to back client calls (does that time ever exist?), Christina loves to challenge herself to learn new things and keep up to speed on popular trends. Her current hobby is reading up on digital marketing trends, learning new fitness tips and healthy cooking recipes. If you know Christina, you know that she is an early bird and can be found in the gym almost every morning before the sun even rises. She loves being outdoors especially at the beach, spending time with her family/friends and newly adopted dog Ziggy.
Madisen

Madisen Zaykowski

Madisen joined the Engage Media team in 2019 after graduating from Pennsylvania State University in legendary Happy Valley PA, where she received her BA degree in communication and a minor in international business.
Her past work experience includes: technology and event management assistant for the Penn State Communications Department, media consultant and US Capitol building tour guide extraordinaire for a US Senator, marketing analytics consultant for a Philadelphia publishing and advertising firm and a specialist in hot sauces as a Buffalo Wild Wings server.
She is very efficient and organized when working closely with existing and prospective clients. An added bonus is that she is very friendly, like your average golden retriever. Talk to her and you will get all the answers you need and probably more.
On a more personal note, if Madisen could be anything in the world it would be a dolphin trainer, which speaks highly to her passions and personality. Therefore when not working, she is most likely spending time with her animals and friends.
Lynne

Lynne Cona

Lynne joined Engage Media in 2019 as a Social Media Marketing Associate. Prior to joining Engage, Lynne spent her time volunteering for her kids’ schools and extracurricular activities, as well as being a national volunteer for her sorority. Eventually, it was time to step back into the working world and put the skills she learned while volunteering and managing others to use for a company that would take a chance on someone who hadn’t collected a paycheck in some time!
Before her volunteer “career” began, Lynne worked in administration and in event planning, executing whatever tasks were thrown at her. Being service-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask allowed Lynne to exceed client expectations in both roles.
Lynne lives with her family in Southern NJ, not too far from Philadelphia. She spends much of her free time still volunteering and repeatedly letting the dog out and in and out and back in all day long. Loving all things Philadelphia, considering herself a foodie, reading, and wishing for warmer weather are some of the ways she spends a lot of her downtime when she gets it.
