About Us

Ron Adams

Ron Adams

Our fearless leader and cruise director, Ron left the corporate world to start Engage in 2011.  Launching your own company isn’t as glamorous as told but he sure does wear a lot of titles:  President, Director of IT, Waste Management Associate, Janitor, Lunch Lady, and yes, employee with the longest tenure.

Prior to launching Engage, Ron was training to become a professional softball player. Actually, not really, but Ron did spend time working with well-respected print and digital media companies, such as The Philadelphia Inquirer, Tribune, and Knight-Ridder. Be sure to ask him about his early career stint as a “garmento” with Perry Ellis, Fila USA, and Macy’s.  Creating marketing campaigns always feels better outfitted in fine Italian tennis wear!

In 2006, Ron left Florida for Philadelphia (yeah, we know-what was he thinking?) all to build a home with his wife, Debbie and their three kids.  While he loves Philly, let’s just say a “Florida satellite office” is probably in the future for Engage.

Sean Anderer

As VP of Sales, Sean oversees our agency partnerships. He possesses a supernatural ability to seek out and develop relationships with some of the most talented agencies around. We think it probably has something to do with his experience, working in media for over two decades. Building relationships isn’t the only thing in which he excels, he’s also pretty darn good at keeping clients happy. How you ask…simple, he listens to our clients and runs smart, well-executed, data-supported, tirelessly optimized, successful campaigns (Whoa, that was a mouthful). We encourage you to get to know Sean, we think you’ll really like (working with) him.

Christina

Christina Celletti-Combs

Christina joined the Engage team in 2020 as our Client Success Manager. Christina graduated from Rowan University with a B.S in Marketing. While at Rowan, Christina was the VP of the Rowan’s Advertising Club, active member of the AMA, all while working a full-time job and maintaining Dean’s list (talk about time management skills).

Previously, Christina has worked with clients like Comcast, QuickChek, Jefferson Health, and Philadelphia International Airport to name a few. As a Digital Account Manager, Christina is constantly working to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients and helping them achieve their digital marketing goals. Christina ensures that all projects stay on track and that clients’ needs are continuously met.

When not answering emails or on back-to-back client calls (does that time ever exist?), Christina loves to keep herself active. If you know Christina, you know that she is an early bird and can be found in the gym almost every morning before the sun even rises. She loves being outdoors especially at the beach, spending time with her family/friends, and rescue dog Ziggy.

Gina Villecco

Gina joined Engage Media in December 2021 as Client Success Specialist. She left her previous role of almost nine years as Marketing Manager for V-COMM, LLC, where she handled all things marketing and advertising, to join the Engage Team.

Gina graduated from Temple University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications, Spanish and French. She was previously working for V-COMM and the New Jersey Wireless Association (NJWA) as Co-Chair of the Social Media/Website/Public Relations Committee, Acting Co-Chair and Co-Founder of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and former Secretary. Gina is the youngest person to ever hold a position on both the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for NJWA. And because all of that overachieving simply wasn’t enough, in March 2021, Gina was appointed the Marketing Manager for Eclipse Lit, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit literary magazine, where she oversees the organization’s marketing, events, and sponsorships.

Gina’s specializations include digital, creative and content marketing, web design, sales, and creative writing. Gina speaks English, Spanish and French and is currently learning Swedish and Italian. When Gina manages to find any extra time in her chaotic life, she can most definitely be found cuddling her cats, traveling, reading, playing video games, binge-watching everything on TV, practicing yoga, and baking. But, let’s be honest, she’s probably just passed out on her couch and “resting her eyes.”

Kate

Kate Lange

After 10 years at Comcast, slaying multi-million-dollar national and regional advertising campaigns, Kate decided to join Engage as Senior Director of Media in 2017. Not only is Kate impressively good at strategizing and building campaigns, she’s one heck of a negotiator (just try playing monopoly with her).

From advertising agencies to corporations Kate has worked on all types of campaigns, big and small. Plus, with twenty plus years of experience building media campaigns Kate has had the opportunity to work on casinos, auto dealers, professional sports teams, healthcare, family owned business, major corporations and much more.

As a mom of twin boys and two large dogs Kate has mastered juggling to get it all done. (except for actual juggling). From the easiest solutions to strategy challenges Kate has it all.

Deanna Myers

As an Account Coordinator, Deanna works alongside the Senior Director of Media and Client Services. Her experience and professionalism as well as her quick wit supports team members through positive interactions. In the fast-paced world of Media, there are many moving parts, and Deanna is quick to adapt to change (…she actually finds it exciting!) Her roots are set in the Philadelphia area, but her love of travel and adventurous spirit has led her abroad. AKA if there is mention of a Florida satellite office, she would not mind adding a London satellite to the list as well!

Alyssa

Alyssa Wachs

Our Ad Operations Manager, Alyssa joined the Engage team in 2017 as a marketing intern and later became a member of our Ad Ops team after completing her marketing and IT degree at Salisbury University.  Alyssa specializes in campaign optimization and analysis across many platforms and is one of our go-to people for all things Google. When Alyssa isn’t crushing campaigns, she spends her free time with her friends, family, and adorable pups.

Thomas

Thomas Adams

Thomas is our Lead Data Engineer. He has worked across every vertical, including e-commerce & quick-service restaurants to home and garden retailers. Having a background in Physics allows him to implement big data tools and analyze results to further innovate solutions. Here at Engage, he is responsible for our AIML, cloud engineering infrastructure and analytical dashboards. Thomas helps our team members and clients make data-driven decisions to improve our clients’ digital presence.

He loves to spend his free time hiking and exploring the outdoors. Fitness is another big goal of his and he enjoys challenging himself physically and mentally.

Domenic Rhedrick

As a Philadelphia, PA native Dom, our Ad Operations Specialist, enjoys attacking problems and discovering solutions. He has 5 years of experience with Google/Bing search engine and social media ad placement with Verizon Yellow Pages and AT&T solutions. Dom specializes in campaign optimization. Dom finds it intriguing that analyzing the data can provide insight into areas of improvement. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan and in his free time, enjoys hiking, driving, and family time.

Dom enjoys being a student and learning new techniques, trends, and software to enhance my skills. As a child, he always wanted to be a superhero like Batman. As he got older Dom realized Alfred was the brains of the operation so naturally chose the safer role behind a computer where he can support the “active” superheroes.

Lynne

Lynne Cona

Lynne joined Engage Media in 2019 as a Social Media Marketing Associate. Prior to joining Engage, Lynne spent much of her time volunteering for her kids’ schools and extracurricular activities, as well as being a national volunteer for her sorority. Eventually, it was time to step back into the working world and put the skills she learned while volunteering and managing others to use for a company that would take a chance on someone who hadn’t collected a paycheck in some time!

Before her volunteer “career” began, Lynne worked in administration, marketing, and event planning, executing whatever tasks were thrown at her. Being service-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask allowed Lynne to exceed client expectations in both roles. Lynne lives with her family in Southern NJ, not too far from Philadelphia. She spends much of her free time still volunteering, spending time with family, and repeatedly letting the dog outside and back in all day long. Loving all things Philadelphia, considering herself a foodie (cooking and eating), reading, watching shows, and always wishing for warmer weather are some of the ways she spends downtime.

Julia Stokes

Julia is our Social Media Marketing Intern who will be graduating from Saint Joseph’s University in the spring of 2023 with a BA in Communications Studies. Through her major, Julia spent hours working on digital design projects, even designing and publishing her own website displaying her work through her courses. With her creative spirit and impressive analytical skills, Julia realized her passion was in social media.

When Julia isn’t researching new social media trends and making content for her personal platforms, she enjoys spending time with her big family (she has five siblings!) and her close friends at college. As the VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for her sorority, Julia also spends her time planning speaker events and meaningful presentations for the members. She devotes herself to making sure her sisters feel comfortable and included.

Elena Scibetta

Elena is our newest Social Media Marketing Intern who is currently a junior studying Marketing at Rutgers University. Elena has always been interested in the business world and being in the Rutgers Business School has given her the opportunities to get hands on. She has written business proposals and papers that can now be found as scholarly sources on the internet. Between her Marketing major and experience running the social media platforms for her sorority along with her personal platforms, Elena has developed a passion in digital media and marketing.

When Elena isn’t working towards her career goals, you can find her hanging out with her friends and family and getting involved in her sorority in her free time. Elena loves helping out in her sorority’s recruitment, sisterhood, and philanthropy events. Some of Elena’s favorite things include the beach, shopping, photography, and card games.
